‘LoveWins’ is Busting at the Seams!
While working on LoveWins I was in the process of forming an early tracklist when I realized I had a lot more material than previous Minikon albums. Could I have a double album on my hands? Should I? Can human ears stand Minikon for more than 30 minutes at a time? While it’s still too early to tell (some may be pruned away), I think we’re looking at the longest Minikon release to date!
2012 Plans
- New album ‘Love Wins’ in progress and sounding… so good.
- Will be performing as Minikon at the Asheville Music Festival in August (also performing music from ‘Eternity in the Hearts of Men’ with Eric Painter)
- After the launch of WiiU, I will disappear for three months.
- Upon my return (in 2013) I will plan other live performances.

Here’s the cover art for ‘Rare Candy’, set for release June 1st! I’m very excited about this release. There are some incredible remixes and reimaginings from Minikon and friends in this very eclectic collection!
Rare Candy Release Date Set!
Mark your calendars! ‘Rare Candy’, the new full length album from Minikon will be available on JUNE 1ST from East Gate Sound! It will feature songs from Minikon’s wide selection of heartfelt, video game fueled tunes, reimagined by artists like Dance Contest Winner, Eric Painter, Geodezik and more. It’s gonna be a sweet summer!
In celebration of all of this good news, East Gate Sound will become the new home for all Minikon releases. Each week of this month, a different Minikon album will arrive at East Gate Sound’s site with all new artwork by Denty One, leading up to the Rare Candy release on June 1st.
And don’t forget, an all new Minikon album will be released THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!
